The fund's activities are supervised by:  (i) Q Fund Management, an independent Investment Management Company, licensed and regulated by the MFSA, appointed as an investment manager; (ii)  Sparkasse Bank, a fully owned company by Austrian Sparkasse Schwaz AG, a part of financial group which has activities worldwide, well-known for their alternative approach to investments and their success in private and institutional wealth management; (iii) Mazars, a leading professional services firm in the fields of audit and business assurance; (iv) exServ Fund Services Ltd, a fund administration company.
