Pawel graduated from the Warsaw University, faculty of Law and the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. He participated in an MBA Program, offered by the Warsaw School of Economics and the Univesity of Montreal. Pawel served as an expert to European Commission (EASME) in venture capital related matters. He holds over 15 years of professional experience in the field of execution of business management strategies (including CEO positions in publicly listed entities on Warsaw Stock Exchange and portfolio companies of Venture Capital/Private Equity funds) and strategic communications, related to IPO, M&A or market entries. Pawel advised in numerous global projects in TMT, finance, infrastructure, biotechnology, e-commerce, mobility. He was shortlisted for the first annual CEE M&A Awards as a "Professional of the Year”.
